RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
In an effort to provide our customers with superior customer service, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund minus all actual shipping charges and our 20% Restocking Fee. NOTE: If you received free shipping our actual shipping charges to send the item(s) to you will also be deducted before your credit is issued.
We must receive your return back within the 30 day time period (from date your package shows delivered). Returns received back after your 30 days has expired will be refused and sent back to you. Your 30 days starts from the day the UPS or USPS tracking number indicates that the package was delivered. There are NO Exceptions to this policy.
All returns must remain in the factory sealed condition it was received in. For example, items that are received in shrink wrap must remain unopened and certificates of authenticity must be sent back with the item.
You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending a return back to us. We will provide you with an RMA # and the address where to mail your return to. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns received without an RMA # will be refused. Items that are refused upon delivery (without our approval) will be considered in violation of our return policy and you will not receive a credit. Always send your return back insured. As you will not be credited for lost or damaged merchandise.
All exchanges must be done within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please note that we must receive your exchange back within the 30 day time period. Items returned for an exchange received back after your 30 days is up will be refused and sent back to you. PLEASE NOTE: Gifts certificates are not refundable, Check/Money Orders will receive a store credit, All items that are on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive damaged or defective goods or shortages or missing paperwork; you must report it to us within 2 days of receiving the item(s).
NOTE: This includes weekends and the day the package is delivered.
If CollectibleShopping is not contacted within two days of receipt of merchandise, damage is attributed to the customer’s use or misuse and will not be accepted. After two days the manufacturers warranty if applicable will apply and you will be given instructions for receiving a replacement from the manufacturer. You must contact us via telephone at 417-485-2766 to let us know that you received damaged merchandise. We will provide instructions for returning damaged goods. In the event that an item has been sold out and cannot be replaced a refund will be issued. Minor flaws and factory defects are not considered damaged.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Due to the nature of the collectibles market, prices are subject to change without notice. Should prices be increased before your order is processed, we will attempt to contact you by email and or phone. If we do not hear back from you, we will assume you do not want the order and cancel it.
When we list products on our web site some may or may not be in stock. Because of the sheer volume of items available, we cannot possible stock them all. We order them from the suppliers and then send them to you after they are inspected.
Should part of your order not be available while we are processing, we will notify you by email and or phone and if we do not hear back from you, your order will either be cancelled or we will ship it in part. The discretion will be ours.
